Billie Denise McGhee is a creative leader working across design, art + photo, with nearly two decades of experience shaping brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
As Creative Manager at NIC+ZOE, a women's apparel brand based in Natick, MA, she leads a cross-functional creative team across every brand touchpoint, from digital and social to packaging and retail. Some personal highlights of hers include working on the brand's 20th Anniversary campaign and the launch of its sub-brand, nz by NIC+ZOE.
Before NIC+ZOE, Billie co-founded Thank You Design Co., a boutique design, branding, and art direction studio for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. Her career has spanned a small digital agency, a large corporation, freelance work, and entrepreneurship, giving her a well-rounded view of how creative work comes to life.
Her love of design started in middle school, when she taught herself Photoshop to make digital art. She went on to study Visual Communications at Framingham State University and later earned a master's degree in graphic design from the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University.
